Yes, we offer trade credit accounts to approved customers. New customers may be required to pay in advance or provide satisfactory trade references before credit terms are granted. Contact us to apply.
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice for approved credit accounts. We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), cheque, and credit/debit card. New customers without credit terms will need to pay in advance. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
There is no strict minimum order, but we primarily supply in bulk quantities. Nails are typically sold in 25KG boxes with 1KG and 2.5KG bags available for some product lines. Smaller orders are welcome — just give us a call to discuss your needs.
Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and will be added to your invoice unless otherwise agreed. Collection from our Leicester premises is available free of charge during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM).
Delivery dates are estimates and vary depending on stock availability and your location. We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-5 working days. For urgent orders, please call us and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Absolutely. Collection from our premises at Unit N2 Troon Way Business Centre, Humberstone Lane, Leicester, LE4 9HA is free of charge during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM). Please contact us in advance so we can have your order ready.

You have 7 days from delivery to report any defects or issues. Returns require prior authorisation and goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
