Terms & Conditions

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit accounts are subject to approval and credit limits.

New customers may be required to pay in advance or provide satisfactory trade references before credit terms are granted.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, together with a fixed sum of £100 as compensation for late payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend further deliveries until the account is brought up to date.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer (BACS), cheque, or credit/debit card. Cash payments may be accepted at our discretion.

We warrant that all goods supplied are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose, subject to normal use and maintenance.

If goods are found to be defective or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will, at our discretion, replace the goods or issue a credit note.

Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization from us. All returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply.

We do not accept returns on special order items, discontinued products, or goods that have been customized to your specification.

Where goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, claims should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to clause 7.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of reputation.

Our total liability to you in connection with any contract shall not exceed the price paid by you for the goods in question.

We strongly recommend that you maintain adequate insurance cover for the goods once they are delivered to you.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
