At GB Distribution Ltd, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase, or if something has gone wrong, we're here to help.

This policy applies to all retail purchases made directly through our website or over the phone.

1. Return Timeframe

7 Days from Delivery

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issues with your order. Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive.

  • Defective or damaged goods
  • Items not as described
  • Standard stock items in original packaging
  • Unused goods in resaleable condition

Not Eligible

  • Special order items
  • Discontinued products
  • Customised or bespoke goods
  • Used or installed items

3. How to Return an Item

Contact Us for Authorisation

All returns must be authorised first. Email us at info@gbdistribution.co.uk or call 0116 231 2984 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorisation reference.

Package Your Return

Repack the items securely in their original packaging. All goods must be unused and in resaleable condition. Include your order number and return authorisation reference inside the package.

Ship It Back to Us

Send your return to: GB Distribution Ltd, Unit N2 Troon Way Business Centre, Humberstone Lane, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE4 9HA. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

We'll Process Your Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we'll process your refund or replacement. We aim to complete this within 14 days of receiving the return.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking

4.1

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or we made an error with your order.

4.2

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4.3

Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

4.4

A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returns, at our discretion.

5. Refunds

5.1

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition.

5.2

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5.3

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or credit note instead of a monetary refund.

5.4

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Manufacturer's Warranty

Where goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, claims should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms. We're happy to provide you with the relevant warranty and contact information — just get in touch.
